Northern Infotech always tries to give more
facilities at least price with best quality. If any one tries to miss-utilize
our services, then immediately we will take action.
Northern Infotech has the rights to discontinue services
or deny access to anyone who violates our Terms and Conditions shown
below WITHOUT WARNING OR PRIOR NOTICE. Received amount will not be
refundable if your account termination is due to violation of any
of terms and conditions outlined below:
1. If anyone of our
clients miss-utilizes the allotted server space, then we will reduce
the space given to him or her.
2. If any client
gives email ids free of cost to any other person, who is not related
to the website owner or his or her company, then we will decrease
the number of email ids.
3. If allotted email
id space is misused, then we will diminish the space per email id.
4. All Disputes subject
to Bijapur jurisdiction only.
5. If bandwidth will
be miss-utilized by the client, then we will make smaller the given
bandwidth.
6. According to Indian
or International IT Act, if any thing is going on illegal inside the
website, then we will suspend customer’s account.
7. If any client
tries to intentionally hamper (Hacking or sending virus) our server
in any ways, then also we will suspend his or her account.
8. We strongly encourage
all of our customers to do their own backups on their home computers
or CD to ensure you have ready access to your data in the event, we
should have a hardware failure. Though we do not expect anything like
this to occur, we want you to be prepared in the event that it does.
Please kindly take backups of your all files. Please maintain the
back up of your all important mail by forwarding to other domain email
id or by outlook.
9. Don't give user
id and password to any person. If password will miss utilize then
we will not responsible. If you are giving user name and password
to our staff also immediately please change the password. Please use
your email id always in your profile so that you can recover the password.
10. Always maintain
your payment confirmation details which is paid to our bank account
to active your order and maintain backup of our first mail which is
given you after activation your order with user id and password. By
this 2 confirmation only we will give support. Without this we can't
able to identify the ownership and we unable to give support.
11. If our employee
or branch commit you by chat/phone/mail or by any mode, which is not
written in our website, that will be not given in any package by our
company and Northern Infotech will not responsible for that.
12. We request all
client to use our 7 days trial before purchasing any package. Because
after purchase if any issue is came, we are unable to refund or cancel
the payment.

Abuse of SMTP Mail Server:
We do not allow our clients to send more than 2000 of e-mail IDs
per day from a hosting account.
Network security:
If anything will happen to our network security, then also we will
take immediate action against the respective hosting account.
Spam:
Unsolicited commercial advertisements (spam) are not allowed in e-mail
id and will likely result in account cancellation.
Abuse of Traffic:
If any customer who violates Policies in abusing site transfer, then
we will decrease his Traffic quota allotted.
Abuse Space:
Northern Infotech will not tolerate if any client abusing the disk usage.
At least 90% of your web pages (html) must be “Linked” with files
(.GIF, .JPEG, etc.) stored in our server.
Web sites those are found containing no html documents or a large
number of unlinked files are subjected to deletion of files or account
cancellation with or without prior notice.
Customers can not run IRC, bots or clients on servers.
Customers can not run Bulk Emailing, Unsolicited
Emailing, Newsgroup Spamming, Pornographic Content, Illegal Content,
Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement, Warez, Cracks, Software
Serial Numbers etc.
